As we embark on the next phase of our strategy we are looking for a dynamic, experienced and innovative Insights Researcher to join our team. This is a brand-new role designed to combine data collection and insight with the generation of relevant and applied learning resources and programmes which will continue to maintain Irelands commitment to enhancing sport and physical activity opportunities for people with disabilities.
You will report directly to the CEO and have a key role within an experienced team where you will help us to demonstrate our impact, feeding into our programmes, policy, advocacy and future fundraising work to ensure sustainability and inclusive growth within the sector.
Using appropriate methodologies, you will direct the generation and collection of appropriate and valuable data relevant to Cara-Sport Inclusion Ireland (and other inclusive) programmes and provision which will place us in the best position to understand the impact of our work across all areas. It will be essential to work alongside key national partners so that we are well placed to share information for combined as well as local impact.
Working closely with colleagues and using appropriate software you will be adept at establishing insight through the analysis of available data which will enable the identification and understanding of patterns, impact, learning and resource-need from the present in to the future. You will be instrumental in communicating the meaningful delivery of actions against all areas of our strategy, and highlighting our progress to key stakeholders, partners and funders.
