The event is held every Sunday morning at 9:30am in Dundalk Institute of Technology.

Michelle is joining our group from The Hub (Western Care) to do some light /low impact aerobic exercise and also "LOVE TO DANCE" 80'S music called GETMOVING in the outdoors.
It takes place at the Pairc Beo @ Arus Inis Gluaire (Weather permitting) and alternatively @ Belmullet Sports Complex if weather is unfavourable. All at the service really looking forward to it.
WE are looking forward to giving it a big focus and making it a memorable day for the Participants.

Activity/Program:
Roscommon Sports Partnership(RSP) in conjunction with Lough Ree Access For All will run a 1 hour 30 minute cruise around Lough Ree providing passengers with breath-taking views of it’s mythical islands. During the course of the voyage, passengers will get to experience the boat, become familiar with their surroundings and hopefully entice passengers to join in future Angling excursions. This one of a kind vessel is totally wheelchair accessible and inclusive!
