3. Activities

We are planning more time slots for one to one lessons or for anyone who cannot attend the main swim academy and also in the gym – we have one to ones to help people with whatever their needs. Our gym instructors make time to go through exactly what they want to achieve and how best to achieve it. We also host sensory hour for kids with autism. We draw up story boards etc for the kids also, with pictures of the centre and what to expect when they get here. We will be doing this on a monthly basis going forward.

4. Facilities

Review our facility/venues/equipment to make our organisation more accessible

We have recently purchased a new hoist for getting in and out of the pool, more staff are trained on using it (there is always someone here that is trained) and we also have one in our changing room as well as showers, changing cubicles etc.
